Similar to a car, when the body's alignment is off, it makes an uncomfortable ride!  Paying attention to our posture is worth our time and energy. It just takes a moment.  As you are sitting, notice your sitbones and see if there is equal weight on them.  Are your feet flat on the floor, with equal weight?  Are your hips, knees and ankles at a 90 degree angle?  Add a skyhook to that and feel your energy shift from lethargy to freedom!
