Next Monday, 3/25/19 the Ecuador Adventure begins. We will fly into Quito, have a day to explore, then down to the River basin and the Amazon Reserve for Peace… We have a group of 14 persons going and the last 4 days will be spent at the Galapagos. Head, shoulders, knees and toes, knees and toes... How about Head, Shoulders, Neck and Jaw, Neck and Jaw! Here are some great ways to eliminate stress in these areas:

*Walk with a bounce, feel your shoulder blades moving up and down on your back. *Draw circles with your chin, your nose, small and large, reverse *Move your scalp with your fingertips...see if you can slide it around, and connect the feeling to the ears, nose, eyes *Stick our your tongue in the mirror and have a good laugh...
