*Walk with a bounce, feel your shoulder blades moving up and down on your back. *Draw circles with your chin, your nose, small and large, reverse *Move your scalp with your fingertips...see if you can slide it around, and connect the feeling to the ears, nose, eyes *Stick our your tongue in the mirror and have a good laugh...
