In person sessions are 1.5 hours long and include movement, the gentle touch of the Trager® Approach, health coaching, goal setting as well as relationship skill building. Phone or distance sessions are 1 hour in length and would include all of the above but the hands-on aspect of the Trager Approach.
Each piece alone is worthy of an hour and a half. Judy blends these approaches for your particular needs. Each session is different.
The first session focuses on assessment and goal setting. After that, the sky is the limit!
Making a commitment to a series of sessions helps you to stay focused on your goals. Together, we make the plan, and I support the change. Health is one thing I personally cannot afford to procrastinate about. Having regularly scheduled sessions will ensure any newly created health goals will be met.
Long distance coaching is done by phone for one hour on a weekly basis for 4 weeks, then monthly. Facetime on a smartphone is convenient, and we can see each other. Movement and body awareness are woven into every session. Yes, this can be done together with a simple phone connection!
