Would you like to feel freer in your movements, lighter on your feet? Trager sessions are designed to help you focus on the pleasure of your body, and what is working well. You have spent enough time noticing the discomfort, the pain, the heaviness. What could be easier, more pleasurable, lighter?

In a session you will be rocked as average of 5,000 times. Gentle rocking creates a feeling of freedom and looseness in the body. Some other techniques include fluffing, shimmering, slurping, elongating, sculpting. All things you will be taught to do for yourself. In 90 minutes you will be floating on a cloud.

Forget the old adage “no pain, no gain”. Pain is a message we need to listen to, and respond to with love and caring. You can be pain free, by learning to slow down, take immediate self care measures, and rest. Make time for yourself!
